释义	法律分析：车辆在红灯时只是刚刚越过停止线，但立即停住，这种闯红灯不会进行处罚，要是过线后还有明显的位置移动，就要被处罚。法律依据：《道路交通安全违法行为记分分值》第四条行经交叉路口不按规定行车或者停车的，一次扣2分。越线停车后又倒车机动车不得在铁路道口、交叉路口、单行路、桥梁、急弯、陡坡或者隧道中倒车。如果违规倒车，可处警告或者二十元以上二百元以下罚款。
