释义	法律分析：部队是有严格纪律规定的，如果擅离部队或者逾假不归的，部队会依《中国人民解放军兵役法》给予相应处罚。轻则处分，重则除名，严重者开除军籍，甚至移交军事法庭审判。法律依据：《中国人民解放军纪律条令》第九十五条擅离部队或者无故逾假不归，7日以内的，给予警告、严重警告处分；累计8日以上15日以内的，给予记过、记大过处分；累计16日以上的，给予降职(级)、降衔(级)、撤职处分，其中义务兵累计30日以上的，按照本条令第一百一十九条的规定给予除名处分。
