问题	撤销赠与合同的方式是什么
释义	赠与合同的撤销行为，只要发生在赠与财产权利转移之前都是有效的，但是，如果经过公证或者一方不得撤销的除外。撤销，一般需要由赠与人以通知方式告知受赠人，也可以采用诉讼或者仲裁来主张撤销该合同。根据2021年实施的《民法典》第六百五十七条赠与合同是赠与人将自己的财产无偿给予受赠人，受赠人表示接受赠与的合同。第六百五十八条赠与人在赠与财产的权利转移之前可以撤销赠与。经过公证的赠与合同或者依法不得撤销的具有救灾、扶贫、助残等公益、道德义务性质的赠与合同，不适用前款规定。
