释义	法律分析：父母对子女有抚养教育的义务。子女对父母有赡养扶助的义务。赡养人应当在经济上供养老年人，保证老年人的基本生活需求。老年人的基本生活水平应当与其家庭成员的平均基本生活水平相当。对无经济收入或者收入低微的单独居住的老年人，赡养人应当按月给付赡养费。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千零六十七条父母不履行抚养义务的，未成年子女或者不能独立生活的成年子女，有要求父母给付抚养费的权利。成年子女不履行赡养义务的，缺乏劳动能力或者生活困难的父母，有要求成年子女给付赡养费的权利。
