释义	法律分析：逮捕是羁押在看守所，拘役是在拘役所执行，当地没有设立拘役所的，就在看守所执行。另外，拘留所只能执行行政拘留，不能执行拘役或者羁押逮捕的犯罪嫌疑人。根据相关法律规定，对犯罪嫌疑人逮捕后的侦查羁押期限不得超过两个月。如果犯罪嫌疑人在逮捕以前已被拘留的，拘留的期限不包括在侦查羁押期限之内。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑事诉讼法》第九十三条公安机关逮捕人的时候，必须出示逮捕证。逮捕后，应当立即将被逮捕人送看守所羁押。除无法通知的以外，应当在逮捕后二十四小时以内，通知被逮捕人的家属。
