问题	民法典中重婚办的结婚证有效吗
释义	重婚办的结婚证是没有效的，因为重婚属于无效婚姻。根据我国相关法律的规定，有下列情形之一的，婚姻无效：(一)重婚;(二)有禁止结婚的亲属关系;(三)未到法定婚龄。所以，重婚办的结婚证是没有效的。此外，有配偶而重婚的，或者明知他人有配偶而与之结婚的，要处二年以下有期徒刑或者拘役。法律依据《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千零五十一条《中华人民共和国刑法》第二百五十八条
