合同纠纷中管辖法院怎样确定
释义
合同当事人可以书面协议选择被告住所地、合同履行地等与争议有实际联系的地点的人民法院管辖。在发生合同纠纷时，确定管辖法院至关重要，特别是交易双方距离较远时，不考虑管辖问题，会使维权成本大大增加。
