释义	法律分析：一般婚外性行为不构成违法犯罪行为。婚外性行为通常是道德方面的问题。但是如果是嫖娼这种婚外性行为，那就触犯了我国相关的法律规定，这个时候就是违法的。所以只要不是嫖娼，一般都是不违法的。法律依据《中华人民共和国治安管理处罚法》第六十六条卖淫、嫖娼的，处十日以上十五日以下拘留，可以并处五千元以下罚款；情节较轻的，处五日以下拘留或者五百元以下罚款。在公共场所拉客招嫖的，处五日以下拘留或者五百元以下罚款。
