释义	法律分析：传唤未到累计两次，无理由的视为撤诉。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑事诉讼法》第二百一十一条人民法院对于自诉案件进行审查后，按照下列情形分别处理：（一）犯罪事实清楚，有足够证据的案件，应当开庭审判；（二）缺乏罪证的自诉案件，如果自诉人提不出补充证据，应当说服自诉人撤回自诉，或者裁定驳回。自诉人经两次依法传唤，无正当理由拒不到庭的，或者未经法庭许可中途退庭的，按撤诉处理。法庭审理过程中，审判人员对证据有疑问，需要调查核实的，适用本法第一百九十六条的规定。
