释义	法律分析：债权转让应当通知债务人，如果该债务属于夫妻共同债务，则债务人的配偶也属于债务人之一，应当予以通知。如果该债务属于夫妻个人债务，而不属于夫妻共同债务，则不需要通知债务人的配偶。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第五百四十六条债权人转让债权，未通知债务人的，该转让对债务人不发生效力。债权转让的通知不得撤销，但是经受让人同意的除外。
