释义	法律分析：不可以，要么先继承，再赠与。遗产继承权放弃的话会消失,不能转送给他人。继承权和受遗赠权具有人身专属性不能转赠他人，但是继承人在继承遗产或受遗赠人在接受赠与后，可将继承/受遗赠所得的财产赠与他人。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千一百二十四条继承开始后，继承人放弃继承的，应当在遗产处理前，以书面形式作出放弃继承的表示；没有表示的，视为接受继承。受遗赠人应当在知道受遗赠后六十日内，作出接受或者放弃受遗赠的表示；到期没有表示的，视为放弃受遗赠。
