释义	法律分析: 事实婚姻是指并未办理结婚登记，但是用夫妻的名义来共同生活的婚姻。法律目前并不会承认事实婚姻，也就是说这种婚姻是不受法律所保护的。法律规定，未进行结婚登记但以夫妻名义共同生活的，属于同居关系。一旦两个人发生财产或者其他方面的纠纷，法律都会按照同居关系来进行处理。法律依据: 《婚姻登记管理条例》第一条为了规范婚姻登记工作，保障婚姻自由、一夫一妻、男女平等的婚姻制度的实施，保护婚姻当事人的合法权益，根据《中华人民共和国婚姻法》(以下简称婚姻法)，制定本条例。
