释义	法律分析：符合下列条件立的遗嘱是有效的：一、遗嘱人须有遗嘱能力。二、遗嘱须是遗嘱人的真实意思表示。三、遗嘱不得取消缺乏劳动能力又没有生活来源的继承人的继承权。四、遗嘱中所处分的财产须为遗嘱人的个人财产。五、遗嘱须不违反社会公共利益和社会公德。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千一百四十三条遗嘱的实质要件无民事行为能力人或者限制民事行为能力人所立的遗嘱无效。遗嘱必须表示遗嘱人的真实意思，受欺诈、胁迫所立的遗嘱无效。伪造的遗嘱无效。遗嘱被篡改的，篡改的内容无效。
