释义	法律分析：不是的，遗嘱有效不需要公证，但是公证遗嘱效力高于其他形式的遗嘱。公证遗嘱是一直有效。经过公证的遗嘱，如果没有新的公证遗嘱推翻此遗嘱，该公证遗嘱是一直有效的。继承人或受赠人的遗产继承是有一定的保护期限的，若过了法律的保护期限，一旦继承权受到侵害，法律就不再予以保护。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千一百四十三条无民事行为能力人或者限制民事行为能力人所立的遗嘱无效。遗嘱必须表示遗嘱人的真实意思，受欺诈、胁迫所立的遗嘱无效。伪造的遗嘱无效。遗嘱被篡改的，篡改的内容无效。
