释义	法律分析：业主有权更换物业公司。业主可以共同决定，在物业服务期限届满后，不再续订物业合同。也可以依照法定程序共同决定提前解聘物业公司，但须提前六十日书面通知物业公司。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第九百四十六条业主依照法定程序共同决定解聘物业服务人的，可以解除物业服务合同。决定解聘的，应当提前六十日书面通知物业服务人，但是合同对通知期限另有约定的除外。依据前款规定解除合同造成物业服务人损失的，除不可归责于业主的事由外，业主应当赔偿损失。
