法律分析：有双休日的单位，核算工资的时候，以21.75天计算，也就是22天。 日工资：月工资收入÷月计薪天数。小时工资：月工资收入÷（月计薪天数×8小时）。月计薪天数＝（365天-104天）÷12月＝21.75天。
法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动法》 第五十一条 劳动者在法定休假日和婚丧假期间以及依法参加社会活动期间，用人单位应当依法支付工资。
