释义	法律分析：国家机关、国有企业、事业单位任用会计人员应当实行回避制度。单位负责人的直系亲属不得担任本单位的会计机构负责人、会计主管人员，会计机构负责人、会计主管人员的直系亲属不得在本单位会计机构中担任出纳工作。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千零四十五条亲属包括配偶、血亲和姻亲。配偶、父母、子女、兄弟姐妹、祖父母、外祖父母、孙子女、外孙子女为近亲属。配偶、父母、子女和其他共同生活的近亲属为家庭成员。
