白本租赁合同和红本区别 -租赁合同

1.白本租赁合同是房东或者物业自己出具的合同，这种合同就是承租人和出租人双方先协议好然后签订的一个双方约束的协议，没有经过房管所备案的，但是也是具有法人效益的。
2.红本租赁凭证是房东或者物业带着房产证去房管所备案后办理出来的一个租赁凭证，证明这个地址是授权给承租方的使用的一个证明，是经过政府部门认可的使用凭证。

《中华人民共和国民法典》 第七百零四条 租赁合同的内容一般包括租赁物的名称、数量、用途、租赁期限、租金及其支付期限和方式、租赁物维修等条款。
