释义	法律分析：要求快递公司给予合理解释并且辅以证据证明，否则最高可以要求赔偿实际物品价值并退回邮费。快递丢失的，首先按照快递合同(见快递单背面)的约定进行赔偿。合同没有约定或者约定不明确的，适用《合同法》关于运输合同的规定进行赔偿，即赔偿寄件人货物的实际价值损失。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第八百三十二条承运人对运输过程中货物的毁损、灭失承担赔偿责任。但是，承运人证明货物的毁损、灭失是因不可抗力、货物本身的自然性质或者合理损耗以及托运人、收货人的过错造成的，不承担赔偿责任。
