释义	公司对怀孕女职工降薪，应当与女职工协商一致。未经女职工同意，公司不得降但氐其工资标准。法律依据：《中华人民共和国妇女权益保障法》第二十七条任何单位不得因结婚、怀孕、产假、哺乳等情形，降低女职工的工资，辞退女职工，单方解除劳动(聘用)合同或者服务协议。但是女职工要求终止劳动(聘用)合同或者服务协议的除外。各单位在执行国家退休制度时，不得以性别为由歧视妇女。
