释义	律师解答：购房合同一般买房后三十日内就可以拿到。购房者在与开发商签订购房合同后，开发商要将合同拿去房管局备案，但是因为开发商经常是手头积累了一定数量的合同之后才会去房管局集中备案，不过最长应不超过30天。【法律依据】：《商品房销售管理办法》第三十条房地产开发企业应当按照合同约定，将符合交付使用条件的商品房按期交付给买受人。未能按期交付的，房地产开发企业应当承担违约责任。因不可抗力或者当事人在合同中约定的其他原因，需延期交付的，房地产开发企业应当及时告知买受人。
