释义	法律分析：行使抗辩权的一方当事人是有效的双务合同中负有先行履行义务方。行使抗辩权一方必须提供确切证据。为了防止不安抗辩权的滥用，防止一方任意借口另一方不能履行合同而中止履行自己应先履行的义务，导致交易不安全，影响合同的严肃性，一方必须举出另一方履约不能的确切证据。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第五百二十五条当事人互负债务，没有先后履行顺序的，应当同时履行。一方在对方履行之前有权拒绝其履行请求。一方在对方履行债务不符合约定时，有权拒绝其相应的履行请求。
