释义	法律分析: 撤诉一样要缴纳案件受理费，只是减半收取法律依据: 《诉讼费用交纳办法》第十五条以调解方式结案或者当事人申请撤诉的，减半交纳案件受理费。对于撤诉案件诉讼费的收取，最高人民法院颁布的《人民法院诉讼收费办法》第二十三条规定：撤诉的案件，案件受理费由原告负担，减半收取他诉讼费用按实际支出收取。但是对于按照撤诉处理的案件是否应该退还诉讼费，应该按照什么比例退还诉讼费却没有明确的规定。
