法律分析：
低保的审查要看银行存款。通过国家审计署年审检查账号，有名字身份证就可以查。申请低保时社区会调查，但不会去银行查账户。但是如果隐瞒，在国家审计署年审，核查时就会全国联网，包括你的车辆，住房，存款都会比对的。如果有出入，就是出低保。因为在你申请时，你同时也签订了承诺书，保证提供的材料真实，不隐瞒，如有出入，立即出低保。
法律依据：
《城市居民最低生活保障条例》 第七条 申请享受城市居民最低生活保障待遇，由户主向户籍所在地的街道办事处或者镇人民政府提出书面申请，并出具有关证明材料，填写《城市居民最低生活保障待遇审批表》。城市居民最低生活保障待遇，由其所在地的街道办事处或者镇人民政府初审，并将有关材料和初审意见报送县级人民政府民政部门审批。
管理审批机关为审批城市居民最低生活保障待遇的需要，可以通过入户调查、邻里访问以及信函索证等方式对申请人的家庭经济状况和实际生活水平进行调查核实。申请人及有关单位、组织或者个人应当接受调查，如实提供有关情况。
