释义	放弃了继承权是否可以反悔要区分遗产处理的情况，如果遗产尚未处理或者针对遗产的诉讼还在进行中，则可以向法院提出反悔，如果遗产已经处理，则不能再提出反悔。根据规定遗产处理前或在诉讼进行中，继承人对放弃继承反悔的，由人民法院根据其提出的具体理由，决定是否承认。遗产处理后，继承人对放弃继承反悔的，不予承认。法律依据《民法典》第一千一百二十四条
