释义	法律分析：续展期内的注册商标受法律保护，注册商标有效期满，需要继续使用的，应当在期满前十二个月内申请续展注册；在此期间未能提出申请的，可以给予六个月的宽展期。宽展期满仍未提出申请的,注销其注册商标。法律依据：《中华人民共和国商标法》第五十五条法定期限届满，当事人对商标局做出的撤销注册商标的决定不申请复审或者对商标评审委员会做出的复审决定不向人民法院起诉的，撤销注册商标的决定、复审决定生效。被撤销的注册商标，由商标局予以公告，该注册商标专用权自公告之日起终止。
