释义	法律分析: 情节较轻的不构成刑事犯罪。情节严重的能构成诽谤罪。采用各种方式恶意诋毁他人名誉，情节严重，给他人造成一定的后果，可以向法院起诉请求追究其刑事责任。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国刑法》第二百四十六条以暴力或者其他方法公然侮辱他人或者捏造事实诽谤他人，情节严重的，处三年以下有期徒刑、拘役、管制或者剥夺政治权利。《中华人民共和国治安管理处罚法》第四十二条诋毁他人名誉处5日以下拘留或者500元以下罚款；情节较重的，处5日以上10日以下拘留，可以并处500元以下罚款。
