释义	法律分析: 关押在看守所，如果是因先行拘留而被关押的，不算逮捕；但如果是因符合逮捕的条件，经公安机关出示逮捕证而关押的，则算逮捕。逮捕时，公安机关必须出示逮捕证，且需要立即将被逮捕人送看守所羁押。法律依据:《《中华人民共和国刑事诉讼法》》第九十三条公安机关逮捕人的时候，必须出示逮捕证。逮捕后，应当立即将被逮捕人送看守所羁押。除无法通知的以外，应当在逮捕后二十四小时以内，通知被逮捕人的家属。
