释义	此外，如果在审查起诉过程中犯罪嫌疑人在逃的，人民检察院应当中止审查，并按照刑事诉讼法的有关规定作出通缉的决定并通知公安机关执行。共同犯罪中的部分犯罪嫌疑人在逃的，对在逃犯罪嫌疑人应当中止审查，对其他犯罪嫌疑人的审查起诉应当照常进行。中止审查应当由审查起诉部门负责人提出意见报请检察长决定。中止审查的时间不计入审查起诉的期限。人民检察院经过审查，应当根据案件的不同情况，依法作出提起公诉或不起诉的决定。
