释义	法律分析：我国法律只保护合法的债务。赌债也属于一种债务关系，但是赌债却不受法律的保护。因为我国的法律严令禁止赌博行为，由于赌博行为所产生的债务则属于非法的债务，所以赌债是不会是受到法律保护的。但是如果是合法的民间借贷行为所产生的的债务，国家是会对其给予一定的法律保护的。法律依据：《关于人民法院审理借贷案件的若干意见》第十一条出借人明知借款人是为了进行非法活动而借款的，其借贷关系不予保护。
