试用期工资该怎么算
释义
《劳动合同法》做出了有针对性的规定,劳动者在试用期的工资不得低于本单位同岗位最低档工资或者劳动合同约定工资的百分之八十,并不得低于用人单位所在地的最低工资标准。这是劳动者在试用期间工资待遇的法定最低标准。对本条的理解,应把握以下几点:(一)劳动者和用人单位劳动合同双方当事人在劳动合同里约定了试用期工资,而约定的试用期工资又高于本条规定的标准的,按约定执行。(二)约定试用期工资应当体现同工同酬的原则。
