释义	法律分析: 不真正连带债务，是指若干债务人根据各自的地位，基于不同的原因，偶然产生相同的给付内容，各自独立承担对债权人充分履行的义务，所有债务人的债务因履行而消灭的债务一个债务人。债权与债务是针对不同主体而言的。法律依据:《《中华人民共和国民法典》》第六百九十三条【保证责任免除】一般保证的债权人未在保证期间对债务人提起诉讼或者申请仲裁的，保证人不再承担保证责任。连带责任保证的债权人未在保证期间请求保证人承担保证责任的，保证人不再承担保证责任。
