释义	法律分析：在学校考的教师资格证可以回家认定，但是地点必须符合户籍所在地或居住地或就读学校所在地，最好还是回到户籍所在地进行报考。法律依据：《教师资格条例》第十条　幼儿园、小学、初级中学、高级中学、中等职业学校的教师资格考试和中等职业学校实习指导教师资格考试，每年进行一次。参加前款所列教师资格考试，考试科目全部及格的，发给教师资格考试合格证明；当年考试不及格的科目，可以在下一年度补考；经补考仍有一门或者一门以上科目不及格的，应当重新参加全部考试科目的考试。
