释义	根据我国相关规定，在女职工孕期、产期、哺乳期内到期，单位不得终止合同，而是应当续延原合同至一年哺乳期结束为止。单位单方面辞退处于孕期的是违法的，可以要求单位继续履行合同，不要求单位继续履行合同的，单位应当按照在该单位的工龄支付赔偿金。国家对孕期女职工的权益保护做出了明确的保护，如果用人单位违反规定做出非法辞退，孕期职工有权申请以下赔偿：违法解除劳动关系赔偿金，相当于2倍的经济补偿金。该内容由严达兴律师和法律部落共创回答
