释义	法律分析：委托合同中，委托方是指委托他人代为办理事务的人，受托方是接受他人委托代为办理事务的人。委托方和受托方必须是两个不同的人，不能是同一人委托方相对应的是受托方。有委托方必有受托方，受托方的权利来源于委托方的授权。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第九百二十二条受托人应当按照委托人的指示处理委托事务。需要变更委托人指示的，应当经委托人同意；因情况紧急，难以和委托人取得联系的，受托人应当妥善处理委托事务，但是事后应当将该情况及时报告委托人。
