释义	无效婚姻是指欠缺婚姻成立的法定条件而不发生法律效力的男女两性的结合。婚姻无效可分为当然无效和宣告无效。当然无效是指存在婚姻无效的法定情形时，当事人可以自行主张无效。宣告无效，是说婚姻需要经过宣告确认程序才产生自始至终的法律效力。我国婚姻法规定婚姻无效的情形有四种：根据《婚姻法》第十条规定，有下列情形之一的，婚姻无效：(一)重婚的；(二)有禁止结婚的亲属关系的；(三)婚前患有医学上认为不应当结婚的疾病，婚后尚未治愈的；(四)未到法定婚龄的。
