违反票据法律制度的处罚规定
释义
法律客观：
《刑法》
第一百八十九条
银行或者其他金融机构的工作人员在票据业务中，对违反票据法规定的票据予以承兑、付款或者保证，造成重大损失的，处五年以下有期徒刑或者拘役；
造成特别重大损失的，处五年以上有期徒刑。
单位犯前款罪的，对单位判处罚金，并对其直接负责的主管人员和其他直接责任人员，依照前款的规定处罚。
