释义	法律分析：上发薪就是上月的月底或当月的月初发当月工资,如果干满整月后才发薪，就是下发薪。中国一般都是月薪，一般来说，15日（含）之前的为上发薪制度，15日以后的为下发薪制度。在支付工资的那一天，称为“工资日”，按照每个公司跟雇员所签定的合同不一样。受法律保障，过期15日不支薪称为“欠薪”，雇员可以依《劳动法》等相关法律追讨雇主。法律依据：《劳动法》第五十条工资应当以货币形式按月支付给劳动者本人。不得克扣或者无故拖欠劳动者的工资。
