法律分析：现在注册公司不需要验资,但是注册资金还是需要的。企业注册资本何时到位将不再受限制。注册资本代表股东承担的一种有限责任，未来资本金何时到位由股东自己决定。企业注册公司已经从实缴改为认缴，实缴登记制是工商部门监督企业注册资本到位的情况，而认缴制是社会公众进行监督。
法律依据：《中华人民共和国公司法》 第三十四条 股东按照实缴的出资比例分取红利；公司新增资本时，股东有权优先按照实缴的出资比例认缴出资。但是，全体股东约定不按照出资比例分取红利或者不按照出资比例优先认缴出资的除外。
