释义	法律分析：土地承包合同到期后，对于地上附属物，首先按双方土地承包合同的约定办理。土地承包合同没有约定的，承包人要负责清理地上附属物，将土地恢复原状。土地承包合同同意承包人建设附属物的，可以要求发包人予以适当补偿。如有庄稼或建筑物可与发包人协议处理。在未争得发包人的同意，必须恢复承包时的状态，一切责任自负。法律依据：《中华人民共和国农村土地承包法》第五条农村集体经济组织成员有权依法承包由本集体经济组织发包的农村土地。任何组织和个人不得剥夺和非法限制农村集体经济组织成员承包土地的权利。
