承包土地到期村里不给续合同
释义
土地承包合同到期后村委拒签承包合同那不要紧 只要你有书面向村委会重新申请承包合同就可以了 因为你原来承包的合同到期后 如果有人加于承包的话 但在同等的条件下还是你优先承包 但是你的书面申请承包合同要保留以备今后作为证据。
法律依据：《关于审理涉及农村土地承包纠纷案件适用法律问题的解释》第七条 承包合同约定或者土地承包经营权证等证书记载的承包期限短于农村土地承包法规定的期限，承包方请求延长的，应予支持。
