释义	对破坏耕地行为的处罚方式：对破坏耕地案的处罚，应根据新《土地管理法》第七十四条和新《土地管理法实施条例》第四十条处理。(一)责令改正或者治理。使被破坏的耕地得以恢复。(二)可以处以罚款。罚款的标准是耕地开垦费的2倍以下。(三)刑事责任。破坏耕地情节严重，构成犯罪的，应按《刑法》第342条，移送司法机关，追究其刑事责任。法律依据《中华人民共和国刑法》第三百四十二条规定：
