我国劳动法辞职需要注意什么

法律分析：劳动者辞职时需要注意以下问题：
(一)一定要以“书面”形式通知企业。
用邮件的方式辞职是不行的，邮件通常没有证据的作用，且邮件保留在企业的服务器里，离职员工不容易提取证明。
(二)要办理工作交接。
按劳动法，员工虽然到30天的时候可以不再上班，但一定要办理工作交接。
法律依据：《劳动合同法》第三十七条规定，劳动者提前三十日以书面形式通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。劳动者在试用期内提前三日通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。
