时段履约义务的判断条件:
1、履约义务满足在某一时段内履约的条件,则按照单项履约义务的交易价格和履约进度来确认收入;
2、不满足在某一时段内履约的条件的,则属于在某一时点履约的履约义务。《中华人民共和国民法典》第一百五十八条
民事法律行为可以附条件,但是根据其性质不得附条件的除外。附生效条件的民事法律行为,自条件成就时生效。附解除条件的民事法律行为,自条件成就时失效。
