释义	法律分析: 无效婚姻，是指不符合结婚的实质条件的男女两性结合，在法律上不具有合法效力的婚姻。无效婚姻不属于离婚。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国民法典》第十条有下列情形之一的，婚姻无效：（一）重婚的；（二）有禁止结婚的亲属关系的；（三）婚前患有医学上认为不应当结婚的疾病，婚后尚未治愈的；（四）未到法定婚龄的。
