释义	法律分析：企业股份能继承，但是必须符合法律规定，且公司章程没有规定股东死亡后不允许其继承人继承股份的；继承开始后，按照法定继承办理；有遗嘱的，按照遗嘱继承或者遗赠办理；有遗赠扶养协议的，按照协议办理。如果继承人变卖被继承股份的，公司的其他股东有有限购买权；如果转让股权的，应当经其他股东过半数同意。法律依据：《中华人民共和国公司法》第七十五条公司自然人股东死亡后，其合法继承人可以继承股东资格；但是，公司章程另有规定的除外。
