释义	法律分析：子女对父母的赡养义务，不仅发生在婚生子女与父母间，而且也发生在非婚生子女与生父母间，养子女与养父母间和继子女与履行了扶养教育义务的继父母之间。法律依据：《中华人民共和国老年人权益保障法》第十一条赡养人应当履行对老年人经济上供养、生活上照料和精神上慰藉的义务，照顾老年人的特殊需要。对于不履行赡养义务的，老年人（指年满60周岁的人）有要求赡养人付给赡养费的权利。老年人与家庭成员因赡养发生纠纷的，可以要求有关部门调解，也可以直接向人民法院提起诉讼。
