释义	法律分析：高温补贴条件，工作场所温度在33度以上，或者日最高气温在35度以上，露天工作的，应当依法享受高温津贴，高温期间单位应当缩短劳动时间，但是不能扣除因为高温停止工作的工资，单位不得安排怀孕女职工在35度以上露天或33度以上室内高温环境下工作。法律依据：《关于印发防暑降温措施管理办法的通知》第十七条用人单位安排劳动者在35℃以上高温天气从事室外露天作业，以及不能采取有效措施将工作场所温度降低到33℃以下的情形，应当发给劳动者的高温津贴。
