解雇员工要提前几天通知
释义
如果是经济裁员，需要提前一个月通知员工，并需要支付经济性补偿。如果不是经济性裁员无论提前多久通知员工都需要支付双倍的经济补偿。
法律依据：
《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第八十七条,用人单位违反本法规定解除或者终止劳动合同的，应当依照本法第四十七条规定的经济补偿标准的二倍向劳动者支付赔偿金。
