问题	同一顺位的继承人是否必须均等分配遗产?
释义	一般情况下，同一顺序中的继承人对被继承人的遗产享有平等的继承权利。特殊情况下，同一顺序的继承人可不均等分配遗产，这些特殊情况是指：(1)对生活有特殊困难的缺乏劳动能力的继承人，分配遗产时，应当予以照顾(2)对被继承人尽了主要扶养义务或者与被继承人共同生活的继承人，分配遗产时，可以多分(3)有扶养能力和有扶养条件的继承人，不尽扶养义务的，分配遗产时，应当不分或者少分(4)经继承人之间协商同意的，也可以不均等分配。
